Arieh Rosenbaum, MD, Chairman of  the Board
Dr. Rosenbaum received his Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University, his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine, and completed his Residency in internal Medicine at California Pacific Medical Center.  Dr. Rosenbaum currently serves as Inpatient Manager, Pacific Inpatient Medical Group.  He is the Physician Lead, Sutter Health-CPMC Electronic Health Record.  and the Director of Medical Informatics at California Pacific Medical Center

Dave Minch​, President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Minch received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine, and entered the health care industry with Amherst Associates, and has now accumulated over thirty years of health care computing and strategic planning experience.  Mr. Minch co-chairs the Security Committee of the California Privacy and Security Advisory Board, is a co-founder of the California e-Health Collaborative, and is assisting the State in its technical planning and coordination of HIE services and development of California e-Connect to oversee HIE rollout in CA. He has also been a major contributor to the WEDI-SNIP Business Issues/Identification & Routing work group.  He participates in several HIMSS national and regional committees and work groups.  He currently is the HIMSS HIE Steering Committee Chair.

Amy Berlin, MD, Secretary and Treasurer
Dr. Berlin received her Bachelor of Arts in French Literature from Cornell University, and completed her medical training and residency at the University of California, San Francisco.  Dr. Berlin is a psychiatrist with expertise in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and women's mental health, and a medical informaticist experienced in technology adoption and organizational change management.

Michael Smith, Director of Operations
Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University. He has over 20 years working in healthcare, both as a vendor and on the provider side. As a Healthcare Market Manager at Pacific Bell, he was an evangelist for connectivity solutions.  Following a brief startup experience with a consulting and systems integration firm, he joined John Muir Health's IT department as its first Director of Telemedicine and Web Technology.  His charter was to identify, prioritize, develop and support high-value solutions that strengthen the relationships among physicians, clinicians, and patients.  
Subsequently he assumed leadership for the integration, software development, intranet and analytics team.​
